Some of the forms require filling out important information and may be used to submit to the PBRHOA through the resort manager (please fill out the form and email to manager@peacefulbayresort.com).

For sales we can list your condo week on this website. You set the terms of the sale and your information is available 24/7. Should you desire, Peaceful Bay staff are also able to complete the necessary paperwork to complete the transfer of property.
Rental assistance is available as well. We post your condo on this site and you benefit. Peaceful Bay Resort Homeowners Association (PBRHOA) are here to help.
If you're looking to trade your Peaceful Bay Resort condo week, Interval International may be right for you. Interval hosts a vast network of quality resorts with over 3,200 resorts in 90 countries and territories. As an Interval International member, you can trade your condo week for another condo week. Interval also has a variety of options available like "exchange your week or points twoard a cruse, tour, golf vacation, spa vacation and now hotels and condo-style accommodations sourced directly by Interval."
Exchange Trading Power is the value assigned to a resort week available for exchange in the RCI system. Unlike Deposit Trading Power, which you can lock in once you Deposit, Exchange Trading Power is always changing based on supply and demand.

When applying for boat slip rentals, use this document to assess your needs. Be aware that the Peaceful Bay Manager has the final decision on boat slip rental details. It will be necessary to fill out and submit the form above, prior to any use of the PBR boat slip.

Forms to Fill Out and Send to Management
Condo User Agreement
During your stay at the resort, you may be asked to submit a PBRHOA "Condo User Agreement." This will be necessary should the occupants for a particular condo week not be the owners of the condo week.
Condo Rules
In order to insure everyone has the most enjoyable time possible during their stay at the resort, it is important that everyone observe the PBRHOA rules.
PBRHOA Boat Slip Rental Agreement
Use this form if you would like to rent a boat slip for your personal use during your stay. There is no cost for this rental, but it will be necessary to fill out and submit this form prior to any use of this resource.
PBRHOA Homeowners Rental Agreement
The PBRHOA offers a service to homeowners in order to rent a timeshare ownership week. Should an owner wish to offer owner's interval of timeshare ownership for rent, the PBRHOA is able to assist.
PBRHOA AGM Proxy Form
During the anual general meeting (AGM) of the PBRHOA, owners have one vote on issues per condo week of ownership. Should you not be able to attend the AGM PBRHOA meeting, you may wish to issue a proxy, allowing somone else to cast votes on your behalf.
