With 52 condo weeks, homeowners own USA warranty deeds, allowing them the use of the timeshare week for 7 consecutive days, Saturedayy to the following Saturday.

When applying for boat slip rentals, use this document to assess your needs. Be aware that the Peaceful Bay Manager has the final decision on boat slip rental details. It will be necessary to fill out and submit the form above, prior to any use of the PBR boat slip.
The PBRHOA offers a service to homeowners wishing to sell, rent, or complete the process of ownership transfer of a timeshare ownership week. This document outlines the necessary steps forward.

During your stay at the resort, you may be asked to submit a PBRHOA "Condo User Agreement." This will be necessary should the occupants for a particular condo week not be the owners of the condo week.
In order to insure everyone has the most enjoyable time possible during their stay at the resort, it is important that everyone observe the PBRHOA rules.
Use this form if you would like to rent a boat slip for your personal use during your stay. There is no cost for this rental, but it will be necessary to fill out and submit this form prior to any use of this resource.
The PBRHOA offers a service to homeowners in order to rent a timeshare ownership week. Should an owner wish to offer owner's interval of timeshare ownership for rent, the PBRHOA is able to assist.
During the anual general meeting (AGM) of the PBRHOA, owners have one vote on issues per condo week of ownership. Should you not be able to attend the AGM PBRHOA meeting, you may wish to issue a proxy, allowing somone else to cast votes on your behalf.
