With 52 unit weeks, home owners own USA warranty deeds, allowing owners their use of the timeshare week for 7 consecutive days, Saturday to the following Saturday.

The PBRHOA offers a service to homeowners wishing to Sell, Rent, or complete the process of ownership transfer of a timeshare ownership week. This document outlines the necessary steps forward.
The PBRHOA offers a service to homeowners in order to rent a timeshare ownership week. Should a Owner wish to offer owner's interval of timeshare ownership for rent, the PBRHOA is able to assist.
During the annual greneral meeting (AGM) of the PBRHOA, owners have one vote on issues per unit week of ownership. Should you not be able to attend the AGM PBRHOA meeting. You may wish to issue in a proxy, allowing someone else to cast votes on their behalf.
