What is Peaceful Bay Resort?
Peaceful Bay Resort (PBRMT) is a Fixed Timeshare, in Northwest Montana USA (see google map). Situated on the West shore of the Flathead Lake as part of the town of Lakeside MT, just minutes away from all amenities.
The resort hosts eight cozy units in a large two story building with two separate enclosed lobbies. This offers a warm entrance way for guest arrivals to the units. The North and South lobby offers shelter for fours condo style units each. The condo units come with room for six occupants each. Fully featured 2 bedrooms with a bath and a half, in the master and a large East facing balcony with access from front room and master bedroom sliding doors. Each unit also has numbered parking stalls, so you always have a place to park when you arrive back from outinings.
Many appliances are included, large TV with full cable channels, wireless internet, air conditioning, Fireplace in all but 2 units, front loading clothes washer and dryer, large front room, and dining room. There is a fully equipped kitchen with large fridge(with ice maker), large microwave over the stove, dishwasher, and many smaller electric appliances. Cooking tools include full set of pots and pans, spatulas, knives, mixing bowls straners and of course a full dining set for 6 occupants. With on site management, anything not in place is just a call away for help.
With 52 unit weeks, home owners own USA warranty deeds, allowing owners use of their timeshare week for 7 consecutive days, Starting possession time is 4pm. Saturday to the following Saturday at 10 am. , this allows for a though cleaning prior to the next timeshare weeks visit.
