Condo Week Sales Fixed time Condo unit sales are available from either the Homeowner Association or from individuals who are selling their units.
The Peaceful Bay Resort is a 2 story building with 8 condo units (4 units South side and 4 units North side). This well-kept 2 story timeshare condominium is complete with 2 separate lobby areas allowing for sport equipment storage and warm covered entrance to all units. The units all have East facing balcony’s overlooking the Flathead Lake. Across the lake is the Swan Range, followed by the Mission Range these mountain ranges are part of the Rocky Mountains.
Each unit sleeps 6 persons, 1 queen size master, 1 queen size pullout (front room), 2 double beds in a cedar bedroom. Each of the units include a bath and a half (master).
Large double balcony, with screened sliding doors on both front room and master bedroom.
Fully equipped modern kitchen, fridge, stove, dish washer, microwave, and all the normal cooking appliances you have at home.
Large stacked front loading washer and dryer in each unit , complete with laundry detergent.
Individual central heat and air conditioning.
Fireplace in 6 of 8 units, no fireplace in 2 internal units on main floor.
Full cable and wireless high speed internet.
Enclosed warm lobby entrance and convenient unit numbered auto parking space, plus a large guest parking area.
Large swimming pool (summer months), with 12 person all season hot tub.
Huge lakeside yard with fire pit, and lots of shore line. Boat slip is available on request.
