Condo Rules:

• CHECK IN after 4:00 P.M. and CHECK OUT before 10:00A.M.

• NO PETS ALLOWED!

• No RV units or campers are to be parked in the parking lot.

• Pool and Hot Tub usage

  Pool and hot tub are for the use of homeowners and registered guests only. There’s No Lifeguard on Duty. Please adhere to posted signs. No Food or Glass in fenced pool & spa area.

• Resort Outside Noise

  We request quiet use of pool, and hot tub after 10:00 PM. This area is closed after 11:00 PM

• Resort Outside Amenities

  Children are to use the pool and hot tub ONLY under the direct supervision of an adult. NO EXCEPTIONS!Supervision on the pool deck for children 14 years of age and younger by an adult 18 years or older. An adult 18 years old or older must be in the water within arms length of an infant, toddler or any non-swimmer. Swim diapers are required for infants and toddlers.

• Restricted BBQ areas

  Please barbecue at the North or South end of the building on the cement or down by the lake in the lower cement area. No barbecue use is allowed on the balconies.

• NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT(S)or COMMON AREAS!

  Please use the designated smoking area with the standing ashtray.

• Unit Toilets

  Please, no cigarettes, diapers or other extraneous materials are to be flushed down the toilets.

• Reduce Unnessary Noise

  After 10:00 P.M. please keep volume low on the television set or radio. At all times, kindly avoid unnecessary slamming of doors.

• Unit Occupancy

  OVERNIGHT OCCUPANCY of each unit is limited to SIX people listed as registered guests (Please use the other side of the PDF print out (Condo Rules) for names). DAYTIME OCCUPANCY of each unit is limited to TWELVE people. Occupancy rules are strictly enforced at the resort. Failure to comply will result in a penalty fee of $35.00 per day/overnight per additional occupant over the already stated maximums.

• Daytime Guests

  Please have consideration for other owners, Exchange guests when inviting daytime guests.

• Unit Furneshings and Kitchen Supplies

  Each unit has been inventoried; PLEASE DO NOT move items from one unit to another.

• Trash Removal

  Garbage is to be bagged, tied and deposited into dumpsters located west of the shed/office building.

• Unit Clean Up

  All dishes and appliances must be left clean. You will be charged if unit is unnecessarily dirty.
